Women’s Ministry
The purpose of our Senior Adult Ministry of THBC is to encourage our older adults to remain actively involved in the body of Christ through a variety of fellowship opportunities, Bible studies, and mission opportunities. The Senior Adults normally meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month for a fellowship lunch and an activity. Some of the fellowships are later in the day for dinner trips. The October fellowship normally consists of a trip to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains for visiting and shopping at several apple orchards followed by a lunch.
Men's Ministry
Our Men's Ministry aims to build a healthy community of faithful men who encourage other men to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through living a life changed by Him. It is through our changed lives, we as men can be better servant leaders in our families, our church, our workplaces, and our local communities. We can accomplish this in individual and group fellowships with other men, as we address the need to maintain and improve our commitment to the Kingdom of God. Each man is encouraged to join with other men of the church for prayer, Bible study, training, and service in various ministries and missions, along with fellowship meals and other activities to challenge and strengthen us to reach other men for Jesus.
